Oh, how we all love babies! They are so sweet and they smell so good! I have had the opportunity to photograph a few newborns and it is such a wonderful and completely different experience each and every time. There is no rush when these sessions occur because babies are very unpredictable. Wouldn't you love to have an everyday reminder of your newborns characteristics?

I am proud to say that I had a recent Newborn session! I really count it at my first even though this was my 3rd. I tried to step outside the box and get a little more creative with newborns. Instead of facial close-ups, I really tried to show the "Itty Bittiness" of the baby. We did not have much room at Baby Lukas' home but we managed! I did have a great window that brought in a lot of light, so I took full advantage! Here are a few of my first (third) newborns; Babay Lukas!
Meet Baby Atherton! I had the pleasure to photograph his Momma last Summer on the water in Port Huron. I was so excited for thier little ones arrival. She has followed my work on Facebook and when Atherton turned 6 months she wanted some images done again. He is such a sweet little Mama's boy! Here is Donna and Morgan's little treasure!
I finally got to meet Baby Joshua! Isn't he beautiful! He definitely made my job a whole lot easier. He is the most content baby I have worked with thus far. I did not even hear a whimper out of him the 3 hours I was there. What a beautiful addition to Rachel and Josh's family. Congrats you two! I am blessed to have worked with him. Baby Isabelle came for a visit! She is already 7 months old! How time flies! I have been so luck to have photographed her since before she was even born. Her momma is one of my best friends, BethAnne. Here are a couple I captured when she came to visit yesterday.
